Immunity Infusion Boost

Ingredients

  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 cup grapes
  • ½ cup soy, almond, or rice milk
  • ¾ cup low fat yogurt
  • 1½ cups fresh spinach
  • 1 packet Rebellious Infusions Strawberry-Kiwi

Blend with ice.

Mint-Jalapeño

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup fresh mint
  • 1 jalapeño pepper (seeded)
  • 2 cups of plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 packet RebelliouS Infusions Mint

Blend with 2 cups of ice. Top with cilantro and cumin seeds (preferably roasted).

Strawberry-Kiwi-Banana

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tsp honey
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 packet Rebellious Infusions Strawberry-Kiwi

Blend with 1 cup of ice.

Orange-Raspberry

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 packet RebelliouS Infusions Blood Orange

Blend with 1 cup of ice.

Lemon Poppyseed

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp poppyseeds
  • ½ lemon (zest & juice)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 packet RebelliouS Infusions Lemon

Blend with ½ cup of ice.

Peach-Ginger

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen, sliced peaches
  • 1½ cups buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1½ tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 packet Rebellious Infusions Peach

Blend with 2 cups of ice.

 

Cocktails

Peach Explosion

Ingredients

  • 1 part Peach Schnapps
  • 2 parts Vodka
  • ½ part Triple Sec
  • 3 parts Peach Infusion (from 8oz mix)

Shake with ice, poured into cocktail glass

Mint Mojito

Ingredients

  • 2 parts Yolo™ Rum
  • ½ part Triple Sec
  • ½ part Lime Juice
  • Splash of Diet Lemon-Lime soda
  • 3 parts Mint Infusion (from 8oz mix)

Shake with ice, poured into cocktail glass. Garnish with a mint leaf.

Blood Orange Cosmo

Ingredients

  • 1½ parts Vodka (Mandarin maybe)
  • ½ part Triple Sec
  • ½ part Cranberry Juice
  • ⅙ part Lime Juice
  • 2½ parts Blood Orange Infusion (from 8oz mix)

Shaken with ice, poured into cocktail glass

Lemon Drop

Ingredients

  • 1 part Vodka
  • 1 part Citron Vodka
  • ⅓ part Triple Sec
  • 2 parts Lemon Infusion (from 8oz mix)

Shaken with ice, poured into cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon slice.

Strawberry Kiwi Tequila Sunset

Ingredients

  • 1½ parts Tequila Blanco
  • ½ part Triple Sec
  • Splash of Grenadine
  • ⅙ part Lime Juice
  • 3 parts Strawberry Kiwi Infusion (from 8oz mix)

Shaken with ice, poured into glass of crushed ice.

Lemon Bomb

Ingredients

  • 2 parts Tequila
  • 3 parts Lemon Infusion (from 8oz mix)

Shaken with ice, poured into cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon slice.

 

Food

Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain oatmeal
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup granola

Pour 1 packet of RebelliouS Infusions into water. Add to oatmeal. Microwave for 2 minutes on high. Add granola.

Top with blueberries, strawberries, or sliced bananas, etc.

Grasshopper Pie

Ingredients

  • 32 chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 7-oz containers marshmallow crème
  • ⅔ cup hand-and-half
  • 2 tbsp crème de menthe liqueur
  • 2 tbsp crème de cacao liqueur
  • 2 packets RebelliouS Infusions—Mint
  • 1–2 drops green food coloring (optional)
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  1. Crush cookies with melted butter (by hand or with food processor). Set aside a small amount for later. Pour rest of cookies into pie pan and press into bottom and sides. Set aside.
  2. Heat marshmallow creme and half-and-half in saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly. Once melted & combined, place pan in bowl of ice to cool quickly.
  3. Once cooled, add crème de menthe, crème de cacao, and RebelliouS Infusions—Mint. (Optional: Add food coloring.)
  4. In mixing bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff. Pour cold marshmallow mixture into heavy cream and fold gently. Pour filling into chocolate crust. Sprinkle remaining cookie crumbs over top of pie.
  5. Freeze until very firm (~2 hours). Remove from freezer ~10 minutes before slicing and serving.
